Welcome to Student Accessibility Services at Clemson University!

The application for Student Accessibility Services is designed to help initiate the process to determine and establish reasonable accommodations. This form must be completed by the student. Any application which is submitted by parents or third parties may be deleted. Also, any communication from Student Accessibility Services to the student will be sent to the student’s Clemson email. Please be sure to include this email address in the field marked “Clemson Email Address” and check your email for communications regarding next steps.
