The Office of Learning Resources (OLR) provides all students with disabilities an equitable opportunity to participate freely and actively in all areas of university life.

We utilize the Association on Higher Education & Disability guidelines for evaluation of requests for disability accommodations. This application allows us to start the process of gathering your perspective as a student. Please note, the applications will generally timeout after 20 minutes.

Upon application completion, you will receive a confirmation email to your university account.  Please call our office if you do not receive the email.

After you complete your application, please call 937-229-2066 Option 4 to schedule an appointment with our one of our Access Coordinators.
